Interview

By Emily from Pocahontas Junior High in Arkansas

I think that fast food employees get underpaid and mistreated. They get paid minimum wage. Minimum wage in Arkansas is $11.00 an hour. The median cost of living is around $149.9k. I think that fast food workers should be paid more especially because everything is so expensive. On the topic of fast food workers getting mistreated, fast food workers especially teenagers often get yelled at by customers and or their own staff. I don't think its right how bad they get treated especially when the amount of money isn't enough.
