Skyline is a restaurant based in Cincinnati, founded in 1949 by Nicholas Lambrinides. He wanted to share his special recipe with others, chili made with a variety of spices and served on top of spaghetti or hotdogs. Nicholas Lambrinides was originally from Greece, where he learned cooking from his mother. When he moved to America, he dreamt of opening a restaurant where he would serve his famous chili. It soon became a place where family and friends could gather and enjoy a nice meal together, bringing people in Cincinnati together.

A 3-way is spaghetti, chili, and cheese, with the option to add onions and beans which is the 4-way and 5-way. They also have cheese coneys, which is a hotdog with chili and cheese on top.
