A library, a book return cabinet is for students to return books of knowledge that they have yet so to retain. Citizens, returning the books, the books representing each person’s vote, their ideas, their beliefs, back into their democracy.
The Horses represent democracy by the way they work together to come up with ideas and decide what to do. The horses converse in some way before coming to an agreement.
