Humans of Tioga County

This is my Humans of Tioga County post.

“In high school, you know at lunchtime, hanging out with friends, or just doing whatever, I remember just being so quiet and always worrying about what other groups of people or just certain people thought about me. I would ask myself “Am I even good enough?” and I would take it to heart. Sometimes I believed I wasn't as good as some of my siblings or a classmate was better than me. But looking back now, I wish I would have been able to see my strengths and qualities like other people could see them. It would have helped me take charge of my life more. So I would advise anyone and everyone to see themselves through the eyes of those who love you. If I would have been able to do that I would have had a lot more self-confidence and would have been able to enjoy my past years much more. It hurts my heart to see people not realize how wonderful they are.”
