Health article

My article talks about why health is so important.

I feel health is important because we have to be free from diseases, germs and viruses. Health should be important to everyone because today in society COVID is a big thing and people are dying from it. COVID is a virus and can be in your immune system and to keep clean we have to wash our hands and wear our masks. Physical well-being involves pursuing a healthful lifestyle to decrease the risk of disease. Maintaining physical fitness, for example, can protect and develop the endurance of a person’s breathing and heart function, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Health is important because in order to stay clean and have a clean body we have to make sure we do the right things, such as eating correctly and washing our hands and bodies. We also have to have a healthy body in order to live the way we want. Health also is important because lots of teens are at risk of bad lungs, due to drugs. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health are important for your self-esteem and self-image. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body. It is harder to define mental health than physical health because many psychological diagnoses depend on an individual’s perception of their experience.
