This photo is a symbol of democracy. In this photo two people were disagreeing on a topic which happens all the time in a democracy.

This was a class project that allowed me to interview one of my soccer teammates and ask her several questions.

One thing I could do for our community is to establish a coalition of citizens to do work for the elderly in Athens. This type of work would include doing yard work, and moving or fixing things.

This photo shows music records in crates at a thrift store. This represents democracy because it depicts the freedom of listening to whatever music you want. It also shows the ability go shopping freely because of the democracy in the US.

My idea to better our school is to have a more accessible library in our high school. This would benefit students academically and give students a quiet and non-distracting place to study. This would benefit our community as a school and the student.

Final project

This image symbolizes democracy because by someone raising their hand proves freedom of speech in our country. People have the right to say whatever they want to say without being persecuted for speaking your piece.
