Civic Journalism-Analytical Community project
Summary
The Valley is in dire need of new activities. That's why I'm proposing to build a new skatepark. A skatepark provides a fun and happy place for kids and young adults to get exercise and learn new skills.
We plan to build the skatepark in the empty field between Main Street and Valley Playland. To fund this project we plan on doing fundraising events and asking for donations. I believe this park is important to the community because it brings many people with the same interests together to do something they love, overall, making the community happier.
