All About the Swimming Pool at South Hadley's MESMS

Today I will be talking about the swimming pool and the swimming team at Michael E. Smith middle school (MESM) in South Hadley, MA. I hope it gets fixed by 2028 so I can use it before I go to high school. I also hope you like learning about the swimming pool and the swimming team in this article.

The pool closed in COVID, so in 2020. Sadly it broke because of draining the water which caused the walls to break.Ok now is it just me, or are you guys also wondering if the pool is gonna get fixed? Well the answer is yes, but sadly there's no plans to fix the pool now, but it is eventually gonna get fixed even though it will take a lot of construction for the pool walls. You may be asking how I know, well one of my teachers knows alot about the pool at MESM so I got most of this information from him.

Well if there was a pool there must have been a swimming team, right? Yes, there was a swim team and it was called the Swords. The swords were a very successful team and they were a team for 50 years or more. And for the people out there who are wondering if there even is still a South Hadley swim team i’m about to answer that question of yours! There is still a swim team at the South Hadley MA High School called the Boys/Girls Varsity Swimming. Fun fact, I'm also on a swimming team!!
