our democracy
Democracy is essentially ruled by the people. The name is commonly used in forms of government where people take part in government decisions. For example if people meet to create laws or change existing laws that is democracy. Democracy is also when people choose their government instead of there being a set family line.
I chose this picture because it shows democracy affecting a school. Democracy is known to positively impact enrollment in schools. Democracy has been implemented into schools in the form of student government. It is also shown by effectively evolving students in important school events.
