Summary
My idea to better the community is a late running bus to transport children that need transportation after after school activities.
My idea is to have a late running bus that can take kids home from after school activities. The idea would include the school district and benefit kids that want to participate in sports/extracurricular activities but are unable to because of a lack of transportation to or from these activities. This would also benefit parents that are stressed about rides home for their children that participate in extracurriculars. This would take place during the school year and when extracurriculars are going on. This would solve the problem of children that want to participate in sports or other activities not being able to because of lack of transportation to or from the activity. Many more children would be able to participate in school activities with the added option of transportation.
