One of the many problems that the world faces is global warming. People can help to stop global warming by not putting out harmful fumes. People put fumes out into the atmosphere whenever they drive their cars. They can solve this problem by carpooling and not using their car whenever it isn't necessary. Another way that the temperatures are spiking is because people are cutting down too many trees. Trees are beneficial because they suck up all the CO2, but when there aren't as many trees, the CO2 goes into the atmosphere. When the CO2 goes into the atmosphere, it results in the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is when certain gases (such as CO2) trap heat from the Sun or Earth's surface, making the Earth even hotter.
