Gun Violence In America

Gun violence in the U.S. is only increasing. Every day, I hear of something new, some kid brought a weapon to school. The next day, someone went and shot up a school. There have been at least 249 children killed for this reason since 2020. That's 249 families who lost their babies. 249 kids who can't walk the stage at graduation. 249 kids who won't be able to have their own children. 249 kids since only the year 2020, have had their lives taken in a space that is supposed to be a safe and educational place. If this isn't a wake-up call, then we as a country are doomed. There needs to be stronger laws to get and or have a gun, or more and more kids are going to die in a place that is supposed to be safe for them. This is also just one way that gun violence is affecting the people in the United States of America. We need better gun laws in America.
