Summary

The book, We Are Not Free follows the lives of 14 different Japanese-American kids through the horrific reality that was the internment camps during the 1940's. I think other middle schoolers should read this book because it is very interesting.

Death. War. Hardship. This story teaches about history while making you realize just how much you have.
