Family Fun
Summary
Six Flags New England is a popular and a successful amusement park. They are in Agawam and what is so great about it is that they are close to my town of South Hadley. They have a young kids’ section and big kids’ section with so many rides. Fright Fest are the last days you can go there until summer. I have been going there since I was five. And my grandma, grandpa, and aunt live in Holyoke so they are also close to Six Flags, so they have gone before.
The amusement park was made in 1961, that means they’ve been around for 63 years plus. You will never get bored because there are 100+ rides. A huge fun fact about Six Flags is that they have over three-thousand people working at Six Flags which is insane, (in my opinion.) There are 27 Six Flags in the US. There are 41+ restaurants at Six Flags in Agawam, so it is easy to find a restaurant. Superman is the most popular ride because you have to wait hours to go on. Six Flags is important to me because it is super fun, especially at Fright Fest in October, or going on their water rides in the summer. One time I was at the Six Flags Fright Fest, I went with my dad and someone was staring at me, so I stared at them too and she said I was good and that I should work there. It wasn't really that scary (everyone gets scared from specific things) but it was fun and everybody else that was near me was screaming from how scared they were but they were laughing too. And someone's dad lifted his daughter up and tried bringing her to one of the people dressed up. She was screaming and the person dressed up said something that I thought was funny to the girl.I wish everybody lived close to Six Flags like me. And this is why you all should go to Six Flags.
Thank you for your fun piece about Six Flags and Fright Fest. I remember that many years before it became Six Flags, the same place was called Riverside Park. There have been many upgrades to the park since then.
