Family Consumer Science at MESMS

I’m going to say what's awesome about Ms. Nadeau and the cooking program in Michael E. Smith Middle School. This school is in South Hadley, Massachusetts. She is the best teacher in this middle school and she has the best program.

She’s the best teacher; when I say that I'm not joking. She is the best teacher on the planet. Seriously, I'm just kidding, but she is good at cooking. She will teach you everything that she knows, like cooking eggs, English muffins, and chocolate chip muffins. It is so much fun. She is just a nice person. If you don’t know how to make something she will teach you how to do it and help you do it. Sometimes if you finish early she will give you free time. When you start the class, you will be doing grilled cheese and it is so good. Everybody loves that class. English muffins are so good to eat. It's like having breakfast in a fancy restaurant. It might be kind of hard but it's good. When I was making mac and cheese it was good but I put too much salt on it, but if you make it better than I did, you will definitely like it. One time we were making mac and cheese and I put salt on but the top opened and the whole thing of salt fell into the mac and cheese. I tried it, but it was so bad that I almost got sick.

Ms. Nadeau and the cooking program are great! Other people should try to do the program! I have so much fun cooking with my friends. It is so much fun because we help each other and get to make delicious food with our friends.
