Summary

A letter to Louis J. Nackle's family.`

Dear family of Louis J. Nackle,

I’m from Barrackville, West Virginia. This year we learned about the tragedy and heroism of United Flight 93 on September 11th. Flight 93 is the only plane that was hijacked that awful day that did not hit a targeted building. All the passengers and crew aboard the plane helped lead in the fight against terrorism, and they forever changed the way traveling and flying works. We learned a lot about the passengers and crew aboard Flight 93 this year in class. As you know, Louis (also known as Joey) was a very hard working 42 year old man. He enjoyed going to the gym and working out. Joey loved Superman so much that he got a tattoo of superman on his left shoulder. Joey liked fast cars, and he traveled a lot for his job. He is originally from Pennsylvania, but he lived in many places throughout his life, moving around from place to place and still having time to hang out with his family. All 40 passengers and crew members aboard Flight 93 were, and are still, heroes to this day. Their brave actions while in the sky saved so many lives. They will forever be remembered in honor. I’m so sorry that one of your family members was a part of this tragedy. No person should ever have to lose someone because of someone else's hate.

Sincerely,

Layla Musgrove
