American Values in the Political Climate of 2018

This is a video conference with teens across the country examining how today's political climate has affected our lives and American Values.

In response to the PBS documentary American Creed, I decided to organize a Youth Cast through the website, Youth Voices. A Youth Cast at Youth Voices is a video conference with various teens from different parts of the United States. In this video conference, I organized questions surrounding the topic on how today’s political climate has affected the American Dream and posed it to a diverse audience. This audience included people from Michigan, Montana, and Pennsylvania. With these questions, we were able to explore what made us different from each other, but also what we had in common. The conversation was interesting, thought-provoking, and eye-opening. I hope that you enjoy listening to this conversation and that it makes you think.
