Summary

Symbols in American creed.

In America, many symbols can represent our American creed. One of the biggest symbols of the American creed is the flag we look at and pledge to at school. The American flag is such a big symbol of our creed for many reasons, like reciting the pledge of allegiance over the announcements, day after day, to the entire school, the flag, and what it represents as a whole to America, with lots of respect put onto it, and people making sure not to let it touch the floor, it can also be seen that the flag brings Americans together as one, with (usually) everyone participating, and standing together as one. Additionally, The words, "one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." also provide an American creed, by saying we are inseparable from each other because we are Americans. Overall, things like what the flag represents, certain lines of the pledge of allegiance, the reciting of the pledge, and standing together to say the pledge, all help to see the American creed and how a flag symbolizes it so well. In conclusion, the flag of the USA helps make us one as a country.
