United we stand
I think if our country could unite behind current issues as we did on 9/11 the world would be a lot different. For example, If we put more energy into combating the extremely high homeless population. If everybody chipped in and gave some input instead of just judging people in that position it would be alot less of a problem. It's amazing what people can do if they're not a each other's throats all the time. We could make the world a much safer place if everybody respected each other enough to follow the laws. It would be better for everyone. If we just presented a united front and appeared strong we would have a lot fewer hostile countries pushing their luck. Life would be a whole lot better if people could just get along.
