My American Creed

American Creed shows what America is all about. Shows what Americans are all about. And that is life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I show my American Creed through actions like working and volunteering because both those things contribute to America Creed by helping out community as a whole live the American Dream.

I work at a clubhouse pool in a residential area with many elderly. Even thought my job is quite simple it doesn’t take away from the fact that working and getting paid contributed to your society’s life, liberty, and happiness. I am just another part of someone else’s day when they step into the clubhouse but whatever they need to have a good day I will have for them. This shows that together dreams can come true.

I also volunteer quite often with different groups. Volunteering is the most American Creed thing a person can do because volunteering is working for free so that the less fortunate can be closer to their pursuit of happiness just like you.

America is built off of freedom. So if Americans don’t take actions to express that freedom and share it with others than they’re not living for the American Dream.
