My Creed, My Lead

This piece was written to remind us of the symbols that represent our American Creed.

My American Creed is based on an experience I had where I met an orphan who taught me about gratitude and progress

My piece is about how my family history connects to my American creed, and I put my mother and my father's experiences and efforts to be in the United States. Therefore, I explained how their hard work shaped me into the person of who I am today, to work hard in life.

I talked about the symbols that signify the American Creed. I only talked about three different symbols but one of the symbols are words. I mentioned those symbols because I could relate to them the most and I could connect it back to my own American Creed.

In my essay I talk about the deeply rooted lie in American Culture, 'Rags to Riches' and include my personal opinions as well as my own 'American Belief'.

How can a simple word represent ones belief on the American Creed? Everyone has a different opinion on what can represent the American Creed, it is just the way how it connects back to one.

In this piece of writing I try and demonstrate how everyone can express their American creed through various actions.

This piece is about my American creed or what it should be at least. I go into detail explaining the consequence that may occur if change isn't made to satisfy my creed.
